NutreGrow is committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across Pakistan. With operational bases in Lahore and Okara, we maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure timely delivery.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are typically processed and dispatched on the same day
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Order processing includes verification, packaging, and handover to our courier partners

Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad):
    Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days
  • Punjab Province:
    Orders are often delivered within 24–48 hours
  • Remote & Rural Areas:
    Delivery may take 5–7 business days, depending on courier service availability and accessibility

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee:
    A flat rate of approximately ₨200 is applied to smaller orders
  • Free Shipping Offer:
    Free delivery is typically available on orders above a specified amount (e.g., ₨2,500 or more)

NutreGrow reserves the right to modify shipping charges or promotional offers at any time.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To ensure secure and successful delivery:

  • A NutreGrow representative may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp
  • This step is used to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch
  • Orders that are not verified may be delayed or canceled

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp
  • This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time through the courier’s tracking system

If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, you may contact our support team for assistance.


6. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
  • NutreGrow is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address details
    • Unavailability of the recipient
  • Additional delivery attempts or re-shipping may incur extra charges

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions
  • Courier service issues
  • High order volumes during promotions
